01 · COLLECT & UNDERSTAND

Knowledge Base Setup

Start with an empty workspace, choose a user-owned vault, and let Memova create the connected structure that agents can read.

  1. Start from an empty workspace

Open Knowledge Base setup before any projects or meeting packets exist.

  2. Keep the archive local and portable

Meeting knowledge stays searchable while its Markdown archive lives in the user's iCloud Drive.

  3. Choose a user-owned iCloud vault

Create or reconnect a vault, then approve the parent folder Memova may write to.

  4. Inspect the agent-readable tree

Memova creates inbox, projects, outputs, schemas, wiki, and root instruction files.

02 · NOTE

From context to action

Capture what happened, let Memova prepare the complete Note, then run a reviewable next step from the same context.

  1. Record context as it happens

Add voice, notes, ideas, and images without interrupting the meeting.

  2. Turn the meeting into a complete Note

Memova prepares a shareable HTML preview, Suggested Actions, Summary, and Transcript.

  3. Run Suggested Actions in one tap

Create an interactive webpage, draft an email, or set a calendar event from the same context.

03 · BOOK

Project Book Generation

Create several visual Pages from one connected Project, then keep the results beside the notes, files, and evidence that shaped them.

  1. Choose the Pages to create

Select multiple output types from the same Project context.

  2. Guide each output with a focused brief

Add a clear instruction for every Page while Memova keeps the source material connected.

  3. Review generated Pages inside the Book

Each result returns to the living Book alongside its notes, library items, and files.

  4. Open the Page and share with control

Preview the HTML, then choose a QR code, link, editable copy, or permissioned access.

04A · OUTPUT & SHARE

From Note to X and LinkedIn

Take one finished Note into channel-specific sharing, compare formats, and publish only the version you approve.

  1. Start from the finished Note

Its HTML output, original Note, actions, and evidence remain connected.

  2. Move the Page into sharing

Preview the output, then open the channel-specific share surface.

  3. Shape the X expression

Compare formats and keep the source-linked card before publishing.

  4. Reframe the same context for LinkedIn

Compare text, article, multi-image, video, and link-preview treatments.

  5. Publish the reviewed visual version

Share it without rebuilding or disconnecting the source.

04B · OUTPUT & SHARE

From Project Page to TikTok

Adapt one source-linked HTML Page into a TikTok-ready 9:16 video and matching caption—without losing its Project context.

  1. Return to the source-linked Project

Open the Apollo 11 Project Book and its finished generated Page.

  2. Open the Page's share surface

Preview the finished HTML, then choose how this output should travel.

  3. Adapt one Page for a social channel

The Page becomes a 9:16 video with a matching caption.

  4. Take the finished assets with you

Copy the caption, then save the rendered video directly to Photos.

05 · CONTEXT RETURN

Ask Memova & Why This

Ask inside the active Project, inspect what changed, trace the answer back to evidence, and carry the approved preference forward.

  1. Ask inside the active Project

Notes, library items, files, and prior work are already in context.

  2. Describe the change in plain language

Ask for a new cover and a shorter title in the user's established style.

  3. Receive a reviewable update

Memova explains what changed instead of silently overwriting the Page.

  4. Compare before and after

Inspect the revision beside the previous version before keeping it.

  5. Ask why this version fits

Inspect the reasoning behind the result, not only the result itself.

  6. Trace the answer to its sources

The rationale cites Project context, imagery, public evidence, and prior writing.

  7. Open the cited evidence

Follow the citation and return without losing the conversation.

  8. Carry the choice forward

Confirm the preference so Personal Knowledge can reuse it later.
