How are the 300 free minutes counted?

Recordings, imported audio, and basic live transcription share one allowance of 300 minutes per month. It is a combined allowance, not 300 minutes for each feature.

What counts as one HTML group?

One group contains one successfully delivered HTML Page and its accompanying copy. Free includes 10 groups per month; Pro includes unlimited groups.

Is accompanying copy limited to 80 variations?

No. Each HTML Page automatically includes 8 copy variations by default, and accompanying copy has no separate usage limit. The Free plan’s 10-group allowance applies to HTML generation.

Can I turn on AI Report with Free?

No. AI Report is off by default on Free. Its control remains visible, but selecting it shows an upgrade prompt instead of enabling the feature. Subscribe to Pro in the Memova app to unlock it.

What does unlimited include?

The $20 USD monthly Pro plan has no usage caps across recordings, imported audio, basic live transcription, HTML generation, accompanying copy, AI Report, and the other features listed above.

Where do I subscribe?

Subscriptions are handled in the Memova app. Download Memova from the App Store, then open the app to choose Pro.
